Job Title: Mold Remediation Worker

PPE will be provided and we will train, no prior experience needed. Most work will be located in Ocean County. Mold removal services include working in crawl spaces under homes.

To qualify, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Clear background check
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing and transportation

Duties & Responsibilities

• The Mold Remediation Worker is to execute a scope of work provided by Project Manager
• Demolition of building materials, detailed cleaning, proper containment
• Ensures State and Federal regulations are followed (when applicable)
• Adhere to company standards of care, safety procedures, and equipment use to remove mold from surfaces, using hand or power tools such as scrapers, vacuums, or high-pressure sprayers
• Builds containment areas prior to beginning mold or decontamination work including assembly of temporary equipment or structures
• Drive company vehicles to/from job sites
• Daily inventory of company equipment during loading and offloading; maintain cleanliness of vehicles.
• Ensures job sites are left clean of debris and trash.
• Accurate daily timekeeping in payroll system.
• Performs other duties as required.
